Leaderful Communitites & Organizations

We live in an increasingly complex and interconnected world where innovations and sustainable solutions to the challenges we face depend upon our ability to be flexible during times of rapid change, appreciate diverse perspectives, be comfortable with uncertainty, hold multiple points of view simultaneously, and engage in meaningful conversations with those who hold different traditions, values and goals.

The purpose of the Leaderful Communities and Organizations program is to build the self-leadership and collective problem-solving and opportunity development capacities in communities and organizations to better manage change and produce business or social impact.

This will be accomplished by training program participants in the Art of Participatory Leadership practices and methods which will provide them and their respective communities or organizations with the capacity to bring forth the knowledge, wisdom and leadership capacity that is within each of us, our organizations, and our communities leading to shared ownership and responsibility as they put their ideas and solutions into action.
